From my trip to Tokyo, Japan to attend Tokyo Auto Salon

My love for cars started at a young age, probably starting sometime around the first Hot Wheels I ever got my hands on. Growing up, my childhood gifts always consisted of toy cars, car carriers, tracks, ramps, launchers, and even a car wash! By the time I turned 15, I couldn’t wait any longer to buy my first car. That year I worked all summer with my father to save up just enough to buy a ‘87 Chevrolet Camaro. I was a teenager with a V8 rear wheel drive car, I couldn’t have been happier.

One of the first things I did after getting it home was take my dad’s big old rotary polisher and buff down all the oxidization off the paint, turning dull and lifeless into a shiny reflective surface. That was the beginning of my love for vehicle perfection! Since I only had a learner’s permit for the next several months, and couldn’t drive alone yet, I had plenty of time to wash, detail, and buff on the Camaro, learning various detailing tricks and tips along the way.

After high school, I attended college for auto body. I completed all of my paint course work and had made the decision that I didn’t want to work in a body shop for the rest of my life, but carried on with the information I obtained through my painting courses to later be applied through paint corrections and ceramic coatings, with the knowledge of how everything reacts and responds to different types of vehicle finishes.

My detailing career then started working at car dealerships, making my way from team lead to a management position, and then on to a high-end detail shop, where I really got to hone in on all of my skills that are used to this day. I worked hands on with Lamborghini, Ferrari, Bentley, Rolls Royce, Porsche, McLaren, Aston Martin, Mercedes, Land Rover, Tesla, BMW, you name it. From SEMA builds to Concours d'Elegance entries, I’ve detailed them all to award winning quality!

My [RMAS] Wrapped 4Runner

When I’m not professionally detailing, I prefer to spend my free time working on my own numerous different vehicles, or I’m up in the beautiful scenery that is the Rocky Mountains. Whether I’m heading off-road in my 4Runner to find a secluded camping site or just taking the dog for a quick hike, I find any excuse to go get lost in the mountains.

So if your call goes straight to voice-mail or I don’t respond right away to a message/inquiry, there is a possibility that I am out of cell service range. Please have patience, and I will respond as quickly as possible upon returning to cell service!
